Position Summary

The Inside Sales Account Manager, joins a growing inside sales team who is responsible for prospecting and onboarding new PRN partners and managing existing PRN Partners in a defined territory.  On a bi-monthly basis, the Account Manager will travel to the territory to host Doctor educational dinner events.  This position is a good hybrid sales role offering both the opportunity to sell virtually along with some field based visits.  Uncapped commission potential.


Core Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Grow sales in established client bases and prospect for new clients.
  • Engage with prospective and existing PRN partners via remote resources such as Go-To-Meeting, virtual webinars, portal education and & email. At their manager's discretion, engage with key accounts periodically on-site.
  • Inside Account Managers will be responsible for meeting the established sales quota.
  • Work closely with PRN marketing, sales, customer service, etc., to ensure seamless and continual coordination of the on-boarding, development, and execution of each physician practice plan of action.
  • Assess business opportunity and discuss financial models with decision makers in the practice, while setting tangible objectives and establishing a "contractual" relationship with practice decision makers. "Contractual" relationship will outline expectations, agreed upon objectives, timelines, and implementation process.
  • Develop positive and value-added relationships with each account, key stakeholders and decision makers for success. Understand practice dynamics and culture is a critical part of this role.
  • Coordinate with sales support, marketing, and service resources by communicating project status, additional resource needs and success metrics. Continuously gauge practice and patient satisfaction while working and communicating with PRN project stakeholders.
  • Travel to key accounts is at the discretion of sales management All other duties as assigned. 


  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Business to business sales experience a plus and preferred.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience required.
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • CRM Experience and NetSuite experience a plus.
